We'd like your experience to be a positive one so that you will visit us often and tell your friends and associates about us. Therefore, if for any reason there is a problem with your order, please know that we will promptly replace the product or issue a refund - your choice. Shipping PolicyWe try to ship all orders within three business days of receipt of your order. Please call us if you are unsure of shipping requirements. All other orders will be sent UPS ground service. This is a perishable product so once it is ordered and delivered you are responsible for it. Packages will be left at the location specified on your order, so please be sure that you or the recipient will be available to promptly receive the goodies. Important: Please be sure to check the shipping information carefully. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. If product is to be re-shipped, if will be at the sender's (buyer's) expense. Please Note: because of the perishable nature of our product, we can only ship to addresses within the Continental USA. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Chocolate items are only shipped October through April. Personal TouchIt will be our pleasure to include a personal message with your gift items - no additional charge.
